"I just don't know where the money goes!"

Q: How do I contact you if I have a technical issue or budgeting question.
A: We are based in Perth, Western Australia. You can contact us by following the contact us Icon in your software and pressing the email highlight or call us on the 1300 number provided
Q: I see that our purchase includes 12 month free updates, how do we receive them?
A: Every time you go online our mainframe will recognise what version you are running and if there has been an update it will ask you if you would like to update. This will then happen automatically.
Q: What happens after the year?
A: The software will continue without further updates included. Meaning it will be fully functional.
Q: What if we want updates in the future?
A: Budgeting made Easy will provide the opportunity to purchase at a nominal figure each monthly updates and upgrades.
Q: I think this is fantastic and I want to recommend it to my friends, how can I make money from my referral.
A: By going to the refer a friend button on the main menu you can in just a couple of minutes become a payed referee.
Q: If I chose not to continue with the software before the 30 days is up, how do I get my money back?
A: Just send us an email to admin@5minutemoneymanager.com.au and our accounts will refund your purchase dollars in full, no questions asked. Please be aware that in doing so we de activate your software and make it unusable.
Q: I would like more one on one consultation, how can that be achieved?
A: By emailing admin@5minutemoneymanager.com.au our budgeting specialist can talk and assist you in 30 minute increments. This is done at a cost of $40 + GST.
Q: Do I have to be on line whilst using the program.
A: No you can use it on your desktop and only if you want updates or wish to also save your work offsite then you would go online.
Q: Does it work on Mac or just Microsoft?
A: It is built in Flash not Microsoft but at present we have not enough Mac users to produce it in Mac. Over time this will change as demand grows from Mac users.
Q: What if I want to use it at home and at work?
A: By placing your disk in both computers you can activate the software and you will be able to access your offsite account.
Q: What happens if I change my computer?
A: Your software disk will allow you to install three times. Each time you do this our mainframe detects your activation sequence and allows you proceed.
Q: What if my Computer dies or gets stolen
A: You can save your information on our server and or on to your desktop only. This can be done each time enter your new data. This way if you chose to do both or you can just enter your activate on line button and the last data you entered will re appear on the software.
